Broader Public Sector Accountability Act, 2010 (the Act)

In 2010, the Government passed the Broader Public Sector Accountability Act which requires every hospital, in compliance with the directive(s) issued by the Minister of Health and Long-Term Care, to:

  • Prepare reports on the hospital use of consultants
  • Publicly post expense claim information
  • Prepare compliance attestations
