Kingston Health Sciences Centre (KHSC) cares for more than 500,000 patients and families across our Hotel Dieu Hospital and Kingston General Hospital sites. The guidebooks attached provide you with the basic information you will need during your time at KHSC as well as space to jot down particularly important information and any questions for your care team in the future.
The KGH site book also includes a checklist that you can review with your care team before you are discharged. You can also use the folder provided with this guidebook to keep track of items you receive during your stay including forms, prescriptions or informational brochures.
