The Pediatric Diabetes Team at the Kingston Health Sciences Centre encourages individuals 13 + years old who are living with type 1 diabetes to complete one (1) module before each in-person clinic visit with the Pediatric Diabetes Team.
We encourage you to be prepared to discuss the module with your educator(s) during the clinic visit after you have completed one. Please pick a different module each time until ALL have been completed and discussed.
