Paul McIntyre Royston is a dynamic, high-impact fundraising executive with 20 years of experience—including 15 years as a CEO—spanning healthcare, sports, education, and cultural sectors.

Paul joins UHKF following tenure as CEO of the Grand River Hospital Foundation, where he raised over $100 million, and launched the $258-million Care Never Stops campaign. His executive career also includes leading the Canadian Olympic Foundation and the Calgary Public Library Foundation, where he drove a historic $300-million campaign.

Paul is passionate about healthcare innovation and community-building. He is excited to begin this new chapter at UHKF and settling into the Kingston community alongside his spouse, Christine, and their five daughters.
