BIK provides comprehensive breast imaging services for people across Southeastern Ontario, including:  

• Mammography  
• Tomography (3D digital mammography) 
• Breast ultrasound  
• Automated breast ultrasound (ABUS)

Screening can find breast cancer early 

Routine screening can help find changes before you notice symptoms. Finding changes early can make a difference in your care and in the success of treatment.   Breast Imaging Kingston offers breast screening through the Ontario Breast Screening Program (OBSP), providing screening for eligible people across the region. 

You may be eligible for screening if you are aged 40 to 74, and you: 

• have no new breast symptoms  
• have a valid Ontario health card 
• have not had breast cancer 
• Have not had a mastectomy (surgery to remove breast tissue) 
• If transfeminine, have been using feminizing hormone for five years in a row 
• have not had a mammogram in the past 11 months 
• are not currently being followed for a breast concern
