Melissa Doyle

Melissa Doyle is Vice President, Commercial Financial Services with RBC Royal Bank, where she leads a team of commercial banking professionals supporting the growth and success of businesses across Eastern Ontario. With more than 30 years of experience in financial services, she has established a reputation for strategic leadership, developing high-performing teams, and building trusted relationships with clients and community partners.

Melissa earned her Master of Business Administration, with a concentration in Leadership, from Dalhousie University and is a graduate of Trent University. Throughout her career, she has held a variety of leadership roles at RBC, giving her extensive experience in strategic planning, financial stewardship, governance, risk management, and organizational leadership.

A passionate advocate for community engagement, Melissa believes strong partnerships between healthcare, business, government, and community organizations are essential to building healthy, vibrant communities. She has dedicated her career to supporting economic growth while giving back through volunteerism, mentorship, and leadership in community initiatives across Eastern Ontario.
